USED WIGS:

Purchases made within 1 hour of the drop will be brought to the post office the same day. Shipping usually takes 1-3 business days for customers living in Canada, and 8-10 business days for those in the US. Other orders may take up to 4 weeks to ship. Business days do not include weekends.

NEW WIGS and FREESTYLE FRONTAL WIGS are not currently available.

Duties & Taxes (U.S. Customers)

A recent U.S. policy change that will affect your future orders from Seiko. As of now, the U.S. government has changed longstanding rules for how international packages are handled. This means that products shipped into the U.S. will face extra fees, taxes, and delays. This is due to a new policy introduced by the Trump administration, which changes how packages entering the U.S. are processed. Previously, any packages under $800 were exempt from duties, but that rule is no longer in effect. 

• U.S. customers may be charged a 35% tariff on orders that previously arrived without any extra cost.

• Shipping may take longer in some cases due to more strict customs checks.

This is completely out of my control, and I totally understand if you are unable to purchase from Seiko for the time being.

Please enter ALL personal and shipping info correctly when checking out. Full first and last names are mandatory when placing your order. Nicknames and misspellings are not permitted. Review your details thoroughly before placing your order. We will not be at fault if your package gets delivered to the wrong address due to your mistake. If there are any delays while your package is enroute, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.
