Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final. Once an order is confirmed there are no cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges unless there is a mistake on the sellers behalf. We encourage customers to review specifications and their order details as well as our shipping policy carefully prior to checking out. Colours may look slightly different depending on the lighting. If there are any issues with your order, please email us at seikohair@gmail.com or submit a form on the contact page immediately. 

How do I take care of my unit?

Use a satin pillow case if possible and/or head wraps/scarfs when sleeping in the unit. Please store the wig in a clean and safe place when it is not being worn. When washing, hold the wig in a vertical position under the faucet with one hand, and use a brush or wide tooth comb to detangle with the other hand. Submerging a unit in water can cause matting and tangling. Be sure to air dry your wig after washing.

Where are the used wigs coming from?

All wigs under the "Used Wigs" tab are Saebunny's barely worn promo units. These wigs are worn one time for a couple hours to promote a brand, then washed, styled, and sold at a discounted price (usually 35-60% off of the original price). These wigs are shipped in their original or equivalent packaging with accessories.

My hair appointment is coming up, but the wig isn’t here yet!

We are not entitled to reimburse you for any deposits or cancellation fees. Please book your hair appointment after recieving the unit.

How long will it take to ship?

Wigs bought within an hour of the drop will be brought to the post office the same day. Shipping will take 2-7 business days for customers living in Canada, and 6-10 business days for those in the US. Orders from outside of these regions can take up to 3 weeks to ship. Expedited shipping is not currently available.
