All sales are final

Once an order is confirmed there are no cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges unless there is a mistake on the sellers behalf. We encourage customers to review specifications and their order details as well as our shipping policy carefully prior to checking out. Known issues about the units are always detailed in the "Additional Notes" section of the product description. Please keep in mind that most of these wigs were only worn once for a couple of hours, so quality issues may later arise that were not present during the first install (shedding, matting, tangling, frizziness, etc). This is the risk that comes with buying any wig, especially one that is second-hand. A ring light is used for the product photos, so colors may look slightly different in natural light. Seiko is subject to verify an order by requesting a valid ID. None of this information will be shared under any circumstances. This information is obtained to protect from fraud and fraudulent disputes. In the event of fraudulent charges, customer will be subject to a law enforced hearing upon company losing funds or product. Customer will be contacted via shipping address in such case.
